ATLANTIC COUNTY ELEMENTARY STUDENTS PERFORMING FAR BELOW AVERAGE

A recent study performed by an imaginary independent firm, revealed some shocking results at an Elementary School in Atlantic County New Jersey. Students were blind folded and then asked to identify several different objects, but the results were far below par when compared to the national average. The biggest failure rate was noted in the following two examples, in which students unanimously confused a County Executive with a mammal.

EXHIBIT A

Students voted unanimously that EXHIBIT A sounded and smelled like Denny Levinson…

EXHIBIT B

And that EXHIBIT B sounded and smelled like a whales Blowhole.

Following the test; when the results were finally revealed, many parents were concerned that the taxpayers would now have to find jobs for the whales friends and family.
