Hot on the heels of incriminating evidence against several Atlantic County Counsels, a freshly leaked document indicates that several government officials likely committed perjury in the case Vuocolo vs. Atlantic County Government.
The foundation of Vuocolo’s complaint, is that non-titled officers were falsifying reports and completing State Law Enforcement investigations, charges which the county, their attorneys, and two judges have vigorously denied. But the landslide of evidence shows that those parties were completely aware of the merit behind Vuocolo’s allegations, and that they launched an unprecedented consumption of taxpayer resources in order to hide it and annihilate their opponent.
Superior Court Judge Donna Taylor, who was previously exposed for making a back door deal with the defense attorney in the case, was heavily involved with firing Vuocolo when she was a County Counsel, and then she presided over his civil suit when she became a judge. Now that’s serious government efficiency!
But it only get’s better!
It required a motion from Vuocolo’s attorney to have Taylor removed, but that simply inspired the Atlantic County Courthouse to assign the case to Judge James Savio, a long time friend and business associate of the defendants.
So when this document Levinson bill to Senator Whelan, which was turned over in discovery, was also leaked to the Jersey Leaks website, it makes you wonder… where in the heck are the officials who are supposed to be overseeing this? The communication between the Atlantic Executive Office and Senator Whelans Office, shows hand written notes to all of the defendants in Vuocolo’s law suit, and it was created in order to fire Vuocolo.
Rather than admit that County Officials had broken the law, defendants, Atlantic County Counsel James Ferguson and James Dugan simply “customized” legislation written in 911 to legalize it! We always hope that our appointed officials are the best at their jobs, and when it comes to sneaky, mischievous, and unethical conduct, it certainly seems that these two are the best.
It was also alleged and has since been verified through the audio recordings, that the Atlantic County Department of Law, used their official authority to erroneously “sick” nearly a dozen government agencies on Vuocolo, including the Atlantic County Prosecutor and several other local law enforcement agencies.
Yet the big news in the community seems to be that one of the defendants kids is losing his puffy state job. We need to get our priorities straight, or this community is doomed, and no casino will correct what’s going on in our justice system. We the people, need to start acting like people.
